The JesBelt D consists of a belt conveyor held between two profiles. The belt is driven by high precision rollers and guided by a stainless steel support plate inlet and tape outlet.
To ensure its efficient cleaning, the belt is provided with an adjustable nylon scraper at the discharge roller. It is directed by an adjustable side guide vertically.
The weighing on the belt is provided by a force sensor with a single support, which in combination with the high frequency pulse encoder (tachometer) signal provides an optimum precision to an indicator.
To ensure optimum accuracy, the tape is automatically maintained power through the gravimetric tensioner.
The JesBelt D is available in open or case version in a sealed housing with dust hatch removable side access, enabling simple and quick interventions during the belt replacements.
The belt drive motor of the case version is not exposed to contamination by dust being fitted on the outside of the frame.
To simplify integration, the chassis of the dispenser is pre-equipped with fixing flanges in inlet and outlet.
The JesBelt D is available in painted steel or stainless steel AISI 304.
